What Causes Frequent Diarrhea, Burning Sensation In Lungs And Stomach?
I have a burning sensation in my lungs or stomach area for several weeks now. Also have frequent diarrhea about twice a year that can last for six weeks. No, I have not had a CT scan or a colonoscopy. My internist has encouraged me to do both. I am 74, 5 4 and weigh 158, to much these days. Been very active most of my life but not as much these days. The burning has me concerned, so any suggestions will be appreciated. Lynn

If Patient Had Come to me with similar complaints at your age i would have ruled out any Cardiac cause as Problem at Base of Heart mat cause such complaints so i adv you to go for ECG at REST and AFTER WALKING and Consult Medicine Expert.
