What Causes Frequent Dehydration, Headache And Fatigue?

Why do I have frequent dehydration with headache and fatigue. I am on synthroid 125 mcg. I also have discoloration on both arms. My right upper arm has itchy pimple like pumps that will no go away. My body seems to no let cuts or scrapes heal. I can t stand the light without sunglasses. I get sick in the sun. I get extremely sick from one alcoholic drink. I cannot sleep. I wake up every 15mins.

Hello,

It could be of great help if you could send a picture of the problematic skin, so I can evaluate the changes myself. Synthroid 125 i used to treat hypothyroidism. This disease is associated with skin and general malaise too.

So, to me, you should get your thyroid re-checked together with a complete blood exams:

- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes for dehydration
- kidney/liver function tests to rule out related problems
- keep monitoring blood pressure and sugar levels
- avoid drinking alcoholic drinks until the right diagnosis is made.

For the skin problems, please send a picture of the affected area to me, and do show me the meds you have already started for skin problems.
