What Causes Frequent Cold And Chronic Cough?

I believe I have an acute type of bronchitis. It only comes when the nights become cold and completely goes away in spring. I feel fine, have the hacky deep cough sometimes/most times. I have an immune compromised one year old which I help the mother often. Baby had liver transplant last Feb. she is doing well for all she went through. Can I cause her a problem if I don t hold her but go with mother to Dr. apointments?

It can be due to some sort of chest infection for which take some antibiotics like moxikind-cv or azithral after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for cold. Take syrup bro-zedex or respital-p for cough. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
