What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements?

Hello , My Father is passing stools every hour. Is this normal?. He is having no pain anywhere just his bowel movements are quite frequent, I've been searching on the web and I think he may have a digestive problem. He ate ham and eggs earlier on today , and he's passed alot of stools over a certain amount of hours. Is he going to be okay?...or will he need to go to A&E or doctors?.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the normal symptoms passing stool every hour is not normal one, it is very unusual if the symptoms is continues since days then it is matter of concern, but it is not likely, if this is happens just once then no need to worry about this, soon it will be over, in continue kind of symptoms better to send the stool for testing and patient for clinical examination hope this information helps.
