General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be inflammatory bowel disease. You would need colonoscopy. A tube to see your tract. It is more common in people with family members having it. Also it can be a benign infection. So before colonoscopy you can take a course of antibiotic of Metronidazole bd and Norflox bd with a tablet of Meftal spas.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ankit
