What Causes Frequent Attacks Of Sinus Infection Turning Into Bronchitis?
Everytime I cry (which isn't often) I get sick. It will start out as a sinus infection and after 7 days turn into bronchitis. Why is this? How do I prevent it? And what should I do right now? My throat hurts. I can't sleep because everytime I lay down I start coughing really bad and my nose won't quit running. :(

Well , first thing is you try not to cry!!
Secondly you maybe having what is called vasomotor rhinitis , which you can search on the internet.You can try breathing exercises and yoga, they are likely to help you.
