What Causes Frequent Abdominal Pain, Fainting And Cloudy Urine?

Hello, since about July 21st I have been experiencing sharp abdominal pains frequently and the symptoms of fainting, but I never actually lose consciousness. I thought it was because of my period at the time but it has continued to be this way long after it ended. I was nearly hunched over in pain last night and I have cloudy urine. Any ideas of what the issue could be?
