What Causes Frequent Abdominal Pain, Fainting And Cloudy Urine?
Hello, since about July 21st I have been experiencing sharp abdominal pains frequently and the symptoms of fainting, but I never actually lose consciousness. I thought it was because of my period at the time but it has continued to be this way long after it ended. I was nearly hunched over in pain last night and I have cloudy urine. Any ideas of what the issue could be?
Abdominal pain and hazy urine point towards urinary tract problem. causes may be UTI, stone, cystitis, or cancer. There might be other gynecological problem that needs to be investigated. Advice 1. Dicyclomine 20 mg every 8 hours per oral for pain 2. Take rest for few days 3. Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water 4. Drink fruit juice and cranberry juice 5. Investigations: a. R/E of urine b. C/S of urine c. X – ray KUB d. Ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis Further action will be taken after reports of above recommended tests. Thanks
