What Causes Free Fluid In The Right Adnexa?
my daughter has had severe pains in her right side and not eating for roughly 4 wks and has lost 4kgs. we have been to hospital and are now undergoing tests,she had an ultrasound today and results show 4.8cc of free fluid in right adnexa,what is the cause of this? and would this explain her symptoms? she is 8yrs old

Regarding your daughter experience with loss of weight fluid in her right adnexae diagnosed by ultrasound I will suggest a possible ovarian cyst with anorexia
In view of this please repeat ultrasound in two weeks time and see a gynecologist specialist for expert management
