What Causes Freckles With Black Dots On The Palm?
I have a new freckle on the palm of my hand that appeared a few months ago and is still growing in an almost perfect circle, when I shine a torch on it, it is shiny with tiny black dots in it. I do have freckles all over me (at least 50) but this one seems a little different. Should I get it checked or am I being silly? Thankyou very much

Hi. If its worrying you, go and consult a dermatologist. There are few red flag signs for pigmented lesions like large size; uneven pigmentation; asymmetrical boundary; any ulcer, or nodular growth etc. If you are having any of these features, consider it urgent. Hope it answers your queries.
