What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge During Intercourse?
After menstral cycle used a feminine douche cleanser to clean smell out .. after using cleanser I have runny smelly discharge during sex .. is it the feminine douche i used vinager & water and I started taking iron supplements & this all started within few days

Usually, no douche is required in a normal person after menses. Only simple washing is needed.
You should take the tab. Azithromycin and tab. Fluconazole. As these are prescription drugs, please contact a local doctor to get prescription for these.
