What Causes Foul Smelling Urine With Abdominal Pain?
When I use the restroom it smells burnt I don t know what could have chased it. I haven t been sexually active so that wouldn t be it. I did have a very bad stomach pain this morning and after an hr of taking mylanta I went to the bathroom and my pee smelt burnt. I didn t poo until the night.

This may be sign of uroinfection and further steps should be done to rule out possible stones or rectovesical fistula. However, sometimes is just basic urine analysis and urinoculture sufficient and then antibiotic therapy can be started.
