Hi welcome to HCM... Small amount of mucus present in stool if eaten more oily food... But you have these symptoms since three week ... Get your stool examined for parasites... If ameba egg or hookworm or round worm present then treated accordingly with metronidazole or albendazole .... If stool show pus cells it could be enteritis like infection for which ciprofloxacin like antibiotic needed... Sometime mucus can be as a result of simple functional bowel problem.... Take more fruits and more water with regular exercise ... Excess oily food avoided.... Avoid gas forming foods like ...onion/ cabbage / cauliflower / broccoli etc.... If still symptoms increasing colonoscopy might needed with biopsy for rule out microscopic colitis like condition and USG with pancreatic function test for pancreatic enzyme insufficiency....
