Hi. Why does my fart smell so foul? Especially after I have taken food outside. I tend to pass gas both from top and bottom with stomach rumbling. About six months back I had done both upper and lower endoscopy and results showed mild gastritis . After medication it was OK. I am male 55 years old from India and I do not eat spicy foods. About 5 days back I ate outside and again have this problem. Presently on self medication as follows: RAZO-D once a day NORFLOX-TZ twice a day. Kindly advice.
