What Causes Foul Smelling Diarrhea While On Tylenol Extra Strength And Amlodipine?

i had surgery 5/10/17 for rotator cuff. i was taking oxicodone and benadryl and amlodipine until 5/17/17 proceeded by tylenol extra strength and amlodipine. Have suffered with diareha, runny dark foul smelling stools,rotten egg farts and burps. What gives?

Hi,

The symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. In my opinion the symptoms are not related to the medications that you are already using.

I suggest you to do a stool test to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, you should take probiotics daily.
