What Causes Foul Odor From The Penis After Circumcision?
Hi, my son got a circumcision done at 2 weeks old. 3 to 4 days later, I notice a weird odor coming from it, it wasn t his bowel movement or urine. The smell isn t bad I m just concerned, I m a first time parent. The wound is healing great, no swelling, Redness is basically gone, no weird discharge. Is this normal? Or should I be worried.

The circumscribed wound clean with normal saline while doing dressing...
Dressing pad changed at alternate days for few days
