General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a headache due to migraine attacks triggered by prolonged episodes of hunger. Management is by preventing empty stomachs for a long time and simple pain killers like paracetamol whenever required. Not exceeding 1500-2000 mg /day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepa Mugali,
