What Causes Forearm Pain And Fatigue Post Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair?
I had surgery 1.5 months ago with repair to associated valve. Severe pain and numbness in left forearm and hand for a month afterward. Some lessening in numbness over past few weeks more finger use as well. Still severe weekness in forearm and pain in muscle of forearm. Fatigue sets in very quickly, often associated with quick yet short lived bouts of chest pain located above and just below the left pec. Often joined with prolonged pain just inside of my left shoulder blade. Echo Cardiograms show moderate fluid surrounding the heart. I was diagnosed with Felts Syndrome about 5 years ago and am 54 years old. 5 total hip replacements due to metal on metal prosthesis failures.
