What Causes Forearm And Finger Twitching Along With Tingling Sensation In The Heel?

My left forearm and thumb twitch and my right heel feels tingly everytime I put weight on it while walking. I am a 22 year old male and I am in great shape. Any Idea of whats going on? I have random twitches and my heel just started feeling numb as of late.

Hello.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the upper limb are suggestive of a median nerve problem.
The symptoms of the foot is suggestive of a Tarsal tunnel syndrome.
These are both nerve related issues due to the compression of the nerve.
They are common neuropathies.
You will need to test a nerve conduction study to confirm the diagnosis.
Pregabalin may be initiated thereafter for the neuropathy depending on the severity of the disease.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
