What Causes Foot Pain And Muscle Spasms On Arch?
I have been having foot pain for about a month. Started on the ball of my foot. Within the last couple of days, my little toe is sore, and now I also have what feels like a muscle spasm on the inside of my arch that has lasted more than 24 hours. What could this be?
