What Causes Food Getting Stuck In The Chest While On Liverite?

I ve been having a very severe type of reflux. My food get stuck in my chest and never goes down. As many times I have to wait over 30 minutes to see if the food will come out or goes down. I threw up, mostly of the time, salive with the food in it. I realized that got worse after taking Liverite Liveraid. Last December I had gallbladder surgery, which I thought those refluxes should stop. Should I stop taking Liverite? I do have also, that my face skin and chest get really warm and red. Please help me!

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptom you have of difficulty in swallowing demands the medical attention it could be due to acid reflux phenomenon but it need to be ruled out for the inflammatory lesion of esophagus due to other pathologies. I would suggest to have tab Omeprazole with Domperidone and it has to be taken for 5 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
