What Causes Foamy Urine When Diagnosed With Gastritis?

Hi, have just been diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis. I also have had foamy urine for past year, have had tests and cystoscopy with urologist... everything fine and no kydney problems. Could foamy urine be related to gastritis? Thanks for your help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Foamy urine has no relation or correlation with gastritis. If your urine routine microscopic examination report and cystoscopy normal as mentioned in history than no need to worry.

The dehydration could be causative for that. Drink lots of water to make urine dilute.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
