What Causes Foamy Discharge From Mouth Of An Infant?

Hi- my baby is 4 week old healthy- she is breast fed - this morning at 4 I found foamy saliva coming from her mouth. She usually cries but that too is just an half attempt. She just took a feed and we burped her. Is this something I should be worried about?
