What Causes Fluttery Feeling In The Neck?
i have this fluttery felling in my neck that will happen real fast and make me short of breath. it is not continuous but it is happening frequently, at least 8 times an hour. i also have a tightness in my chest. i have had an ekg and chest xray, both of which were normal. help this is wearing me out
