What Causes Fluttering Sensations On Left Side Of The Head While Treating Dyspnea?

Hello i have a few symptoms that have been a bit wouring to me. i should probably go to the doctor again soon but they keep telling me i have anxiety. any way the symptoms i have durring these so called anxiety changes every time they occur. the first time it happened it felt like i couldnt breath then i felt my neck tighten up and suddenly i felt like i was going to pass out. my vision blurred a little or lost focus. as far as i could tell i wasnt stressed out about anything. it was a normal good day.. i went to the er and they did a chest x-ray and a ct with contrast.. everything came back normal.. the er doc told me i had dypsnea. i went to the doctor and they prescribed an anti anxiety med. now the attacks seem to happen more often. what was every 14 days is now every 2 days.. and now it seems like its happening every day. and the symptoms change every time. today it was a strange sensation.. i knew it was going to happen. it felt like my heart dropped and i was sensitive to everything. i felt like i couldnt breathe and i felt light headed. and lost focus again.. but now after the attack i feel a slight fluttering on the top left side of my head, but it only lasted a few minuets. anyway im not sure it is anxiety and i just want another opinion.... i am going to the doctor again sooon in a week i think.. after i try out a haulter monitor.

Hello,

Mostly it looks that you had anxiety and some sort of stress. Mostly anxiety leads to night neck feeling and breathless.

Mostly job-related stress leads to anxiety. Other reason for anxiety may be high expectations and ambitious dream.

So do meditation. Yoga and every day 30 min physical activity or exercise will help you. Take rest every day and have a sleep of 8 hours during the night.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
