I m 28, male 5 9 165, don t smoke, or do drugs. drink 1 or 2 alcoholic beverages per week. I do have rheumatism in my family. I have this random flutter in my neck vein left of center and little spots on my face. Blood pressure was 138 over 78.. I went to ER as I had signs of a possible heart attack. Dull pain in shoulder and left arm. Slight pain in chest. Thought it was my heart burn but became very paranoid. ER did EKG, Chest X-ray and blood work all came out negative and everything was normal. I do have heart burn and have been somewhat anxious with a couple of things recently. Is this flutter normal?
