What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Back And Low Body Temperature?

I noticed yesterday morning a fluttering sensation on my lower left side in the area of my kidneys (towards my back). I am also noticing I am frequently urinating. Early this morning I woke up feeling very nervous and my legs were weak as I attempted to stand up. I aslo felt very cold and had a low body temperature of 96.2. My normal body temp is about 98.3. I ate a piece of bread, drank some water and took half of an iron pill. I have a history of anemia. Any suggestions as to what can be causing this?
