What Causes Fluttering Sensation At The Incision Site Of Hernia Surgery?

Hello doctor. I have had 26 abdominal surgeries, including two hernia surgeries in a year and a half. I had a small icisional hernia near my button which nothing but fatty tissue was coming through it. Well, last week I felt a tear and burning. Low and behold, the hernia became softball sized. Three days ago, I ripped it open more, and now there is bowel protrusion. Today, i started getting a fluttering feeling in the hernia area. Do you know what this might be? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Dear friend,thank you for your consultation.after going through your case history very carefully I realized that the part of small bowel has come out of your ripped part of skin.my sincere suggestion is,this is a condition that can be treated by only hernia repairing surgery.so please go to your surgeon and get yourself clinically checked-up for necessary management.my best wishes for you.thank you.
