What Causes Fluttering In My Chest?

i have a chest flutter in the center of mychest does not seem to increased during exercise usually when i have to wake up to an alarm or after eating i was frightened because they lasted one day for about 40min i went to the ER and then ran ekg, blood for heart, x ray...and found nothing on all of these tests is there anything else that could be causing this

sometimes just once a day sometimes more often they dont hurt persay just very uncomfortable

First of all, no need to worry for major heart and lung diseases because your all reports are normal.
Undiagnosed stress and anxiety can also cause fluttering sensations in chest.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) too.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
