What Causes Fluttering Feeling In Lower Intestines?
i have an ongoing fluttering feeling in my lower intestines/ovary area. it happens consistantly through out the day and night. mornings and nights it flutters the most and can be seen when i lay down. i am extremely fatigue and have some lower abdominal pain as well as lower back pain.
Fluttering feeling in the lower intestine may be due to allergic reaction to food or gluten. Take gluten free diet and be careful what food you are taking. Indigestion, muscle spasms, bloating- acid reflux, diverticulitis, digestion problems due to liver dysfunction. You are suggested to take antacid, PPIs for relief. Take well cooked bland food for a couple of days. Avoid oily - spicy food.
Take food that is good for the liver, take Liver tonics (Liv 52) and digestives (Syp Aristozyme) to feel better. Get clinically examined, get liver function tests done. Get urinalysis, CBS and imaging tests done to rule out celiac disease, IBS, ulcers, etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
