I have snorted meth enough times yo have never had my face break out in bumps that have liquid coming out if them when popped. They keep reacting at the same site but wise..is thus due to an allergic reaction due something dirty used to manufacture since this has never accrued before..do
From your description, I am of the opinion that Methamphetamine is causing sores especially on face due to toxins produced and constriction of blood vessels that causes slow healing, fomication, and even excessively hot pipes too cause this.
You should use some oral anti-allergic drugs, apply topical steroids and prevent it from infection.
