What Causes Fluid Filled Abrasion On The Head Of Penis?

I was having sex with a condom it was too small I guess because I broke through it completely and not I have an abrasion on the circumcised area by the head and one on the head itself. Also the abrasion by the head and foreskin has a clear liquid lil its trying to scab over

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the some wound formed there then it can be managed with topical application of broad spectrum antibiotic and best would be "Povidone Iodine" it will be helpful on prophylactic basis too, take care for good hygiene else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
