What Causes Fluid Discharge While Passing Gas?

Hi good day. I have an issue when i fart. Everytime i seem to be secreting some kind of liquid however its not runny but when i wipe i see it. About a week ago i noticed this as well but i saw a bit a blood. I work out alot and i recently started a new protein supplement And what i noticed is when i take it after working out in the night the next morning i need to use the bathroom as soon as i wake up. I dont know if this has anything to do with what i am experiencing now when i fart. Could u tell me whats goin on?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to some Gastrointestinal infection, and this can be well managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day" for seven days, be patience while you eat, because if you talk while you eat then air would go in GI tract and that could cause such symptoms, hope this information helps, take care.
