What Causes Fluid Discharge From Left Breast And Lump On Right Breast?

Hi my name is Tracy. I m having a clear n off white discharge from my left breast. I also have lumps in my right breast near my arm pit. Which before my period get larger n painful. Breast also get larger. My left breast I have one lump near my nipple. That hurts before period. My right nipple is inward n smaller than usual. Do I need to worry. Thank you for your time.

Yes you need to take it seriously. It may be anything from benign mass inside breasts, hypertrophy of the breast glands and secretory system of the breasts, to a more serious issue like cancer growth and involvement of the axillary lymph nodes. Some tumors respond to the female hormones and they show more symptoms just before or during the menstrual cycles.


Final suggestion:-
Please consult a Gynecologist for evaluation and if needed she may refer you to an Oncologist for proper evaluation and treatment (if needed any).
