What Causes Fluctuations In Body Temperature During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, im having high temperature (37.4 c -37.8 c under arm). im now im 1 week pregnant. it had it nearly 3 days and i got blood tested. platelet is low around 160mlion. yesterday night the temperature was 36.4 today morning it was 36.6 now it has 37. i stooped getting paracetamol. what shoud i do? is it harm to unborn baby if i getting such temperature?

Hello,

You can do an urine analysis to get checked for urinary tract infection. If you don't have other symptoms such cough then you don't need further treatment. Don't take acetaminophen if temperature is under 38°C.
