What Causes Fluctuation In BP Level Despite Suffering From Atrial Fibrillation?
Hello,I am concerned about my mother. She is a dialysis patient who suffers from CHF. She recently underwent valve replacement surgery and had a pacemaker installed. Right now she is in the hospital recovering from a surgery. Her blood pressure since the valve surgery is usually around 90s/50s-60s. While in the hospital it ranges from 77/42 to 102/58. She is also dealing with atrial fib. Is this the cause of her low blood pressure and what is your advice going forward?

Atrial fibrillation can be cause in an indirect manner, echo will tell right diagnosis! Follow up with cardiologist is to be done.
