What Causes Flesh Colored Bumps On Buttocks?
My son has three sites on his buttocks. One is above and right of his butt crack that looked like a small hole with flesh poking out. Dermatologist took biopsy came back negative but it looks bigger and ifevted now. The other is a hard knot right above his crack. Not red justba hard small lump. The third is an open crack on a sore right on the crease of his butt crack but not near his anus. The second two I have just noticed because he is autistic and lives in a group home except when he comes to visit. Does this sound like a piliondontal something or other cyst?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be formation of abscess and could be deep seated this needs to be drained properly and if this is the pus formation then it needs to be sent for culture sensitivity test, imaging studies also needs to be carried out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
