General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I suggest you to take Paracetamol for your pain and to take care on your diet for now. Evitate foods rich in fibers and cholesterol, sweet foods and fast foods as well. Try soups and yogurt, rice boiled and I think it will be alright. If symptoms persist after diet change, contact your physician.

All the best!
