What Causes Flat, Uneven, Slightly Itchy Dark Spots On The Forearm?
My husband (30yrs) as developed some dark spots on is forearm since 2 wks. They are relatively flat, uneven, slightly itchy, non-painful. but are increasing in number. It initially started with one forearm and not has it on the other forearm as well.
