Hello,
You are suffering from flakes on skin, you have not exposed your skin in the sun. Flakes in the skin commonly gets formed due to water loss. If water loss from the skin is 75 times greater than normal skin, flakes start to form. When skin loses both oil (sebum) and water, the skin begins to dry out, the topmost surface dies and begins to peel away in small, thin slivers called flakes.
Flaky skin is caused by certain deficiencies in the body or disease. Vitamin A, C,
zinc deficiency causes flaky skin. Take cashew nuts, yogurt, pumpkin seeds , chicken to correct zinc deficiency. You can take broccoli, kiwi, cabbage, grapefruit, oranges, etc. Take pumpkin, spinach, carrot, mangoes to correct
vitamin A deficiency.
Stay well hydrated. You are suggested to get a complete medical check up done if in spite of switching to healthy lifestyle and making dietary changes you see no improvement. Medical conditions like
autoimmune disorders, neuropathies,
anemia,
dermatitis, fungal, yeast infection etc., may also cause such symptoms. Get treated at the earliest. Stay away from addictions, avoid
stress.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
