What Causes Fishy Smell In Urine With High Blood Pressure?

I would like to know if the fishy smell in my urine could be something serious or perhpas related to the fact that I have had breast cancer.Tumour removed and my oncologist has given me the all clear last month (july) after a 5 year check. I am also taking pills for high blood pressure and my heart.I am 71 ...99 kilos ... height 5ft 4..
