Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

These symptoms are typical for any viral fever usually fever disappear and pain decreases after 5 to 7 days. I do not know why you are thinking of leukemia? Yes, prolonged fever and bony pain is a sign for leukemia, if you want to exclude that screen it with few investigations.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepak, Pediatrician
