I am a 19 year old female, who until recently has been in good health. Saturday, i went to a block party at my church and about halfway through the festivities, i started feeling nauseated and a headache developed. i went home and took a nap, but when i woke up, i had a fever of 101. i felt extremely cold, but hot at the same time. the fever broke later that night around 1 or 2 in the morning. i took it easy the next day, but the fever came back along with the nausea. i got up for school the next morning and although i was nauseas, i didnt think anything of it, as i always feel sick to my stomach in the morning. throughout the day however, my eyes continued to hurt worse. i couldnt look around, and had to move my entire head to look at something. this progressed into a headache that had me in tears. the pain was excruciating. now its thursday, and the only thing that's changed is the headache is gone and i've started to have a case of diarrhea. i havent been able to eat this entire time, be it for fear that it wont stay down, or just plain old loss of appitite. gatorade seems to help. anything i can do?
