What Causes Fever With Headache And Stomachache?

Hi my 4 yr old has a fever of 101 and has been very lathargic all day. He has also been complaining off and on that his head hurts and his stomach hurts. I m not sure if this is related as well, but he has said a few times that his foot or leg is bothering him. Is this something I should be concerned about?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The child with temperature of 101 above will have all the features head ache, stomach, or leg pains, or some of them.
There is nothing to worry, but i advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
He may prescribe, cefexime, phenylephrine, and dicyclomine hydrochloride, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
