Hello,

First of all, the repeated middle ear infections can affect the inner ear resulting in headaches and dizziness.

So, you should have your ears checked with a specialist in Ear, Nose, and Throat.

Second, you should do some investigations to assess your health such as: CBC and Fasting blood sugar.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
