Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your child have symptoms of fever, vomiting and fatigue in a person with low BP . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food poisoning, electrolyte imbalance and due to acute gastritis . Avoid eating spicy and heavy food , reduce intake of dairy products. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles several times a day , keep your head elevated while sleeping . Consult pediatrician for proper examination . Doctor may order test like swab test, blood test and will do physical examination. Doctor may prescribe antibacterial or antiviral depending upon the diagnosis along with anti-emetic medications. If condition doesn't get well then visit cardiologist to rule out if there is any cardiac problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
