General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
It's quite common to see coated tongue in children during fever. If there are no respiratory complaints and there is urinary complaints the likely cause of fever is most likely non specific viral infection.

Paracetamol which is antipyretic will be helpful for fever. Maintain hydration and nutrition.

Take care
