What Causes Fever, Head Pain And Stomach Pain Post Concussion In Children?
My 6 year old and dog hit heads really hard. Got him right above the right eye. He complained couple hours later how much his head hurt. It s been 22 hours and he now has a fever of 104.5 and says head, neck, back, and stomach hurt and his whole body is hot. Could this be strep throat from his brother or head injury?

I really appreciate your concern, no this may not be infection but this could be due head injury, the only possibility is if this is going to onset the infection and meanwhile head injury happened, then it can be said to be infection else this is nothing to worry, but it is advisable to get don the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
