Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be a common fever with typhoid infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to run blood tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, loperamide, phenylephrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking spicy foods, fruits, juices, ice cream, ice water etc.
If any specific infection is found particular treatment may be given according to the result.
