What Causes Fever , Diarrhea And Shortness Of Breath?

I have had a temp of 102 since Thursday with diarrhea, headache, dry heaves, shortness of breath and stomach cramping. I have alternated Tylenol and Advil, but my temp never goes below 100. I have a loose bowel movement even if I drink water. My stool color is getting lighter and this last time it was gel like and pink tinged. Should I seek medical attention?

For treatment of diarrhea you can take some antibiotic preferably oflox-oz or zifi-oz after an expert advice along with tab akilos-p or tab nimeson-p for fever and headache. You can take nitazoxanide twice daily for at-least 5 days to get rid of diarrhea completely. Maintain the hydration of the body by taking plenty of oral fluids or ORS which ever is available.
