What Causes Fever, Chills, Coughing Yellow Phlegm, Sore Throat And Diarrhea?
For nearly 24 hrs ongoing gamut of symptoms- started off with fever and chills then coughing bright yellow phlegm, then terrible sore throat, then diarrhea, then projectile vomiting and still alternate fever/chills. Been sipping water and trying to stay hydrated through all of this but can t hold that down either. I have no money.

The symptoms you had mentioned are mostly suggestive of severe infection. For treatment you can take some antibiotic preferably zifi-cv or oflox-oz after an expert advice along with akilos-p or nimeson-p for fever. You can take cap rekool-d or cap omez-d for vomiting with syrup bro-zedex or syrup ambrodil-s for coughing and soothing of throat. If fever is associated with chills you can complete the course of chloro-quine as your doctor suggests.
